Enneagram Field Guide

Insight for Change

The Enneagram

The Enneagram provides a psychological map of character styles.  It explains behavior and motivation. With roots in several spiritual traditions it also suggests a way to see through personality to the essential self. While offering great depth, it is easily accessible.  Interest today is growing because of the systems usability and insight. It is applicable to self-understanding, improving relationships, appreciating diversity, and nurturing spiritual growth. We teach seminars for therapists, agencies, and businesses. We also teach the system using a Narrative tradition, by interviewing groups of people about their worldview.  This is called the oral tradition panel method.

Public workshops and panel series will be listed here on the insight for change web site.  You can also contact us for consultation or set up a workshop for your group.
